All our staff undergo robust in- house training, on job and ongoing supervisions and are signed competent to work before they start working.
Risk Assessments
We carry out Risk assessments at service users homes prior to the commencement of the service to warrant safe delivery of the service.
Compliance Monitoring
We ensure compliance monitoring with the standard regulations are maintained continually. We carry out regular Quality checks to maintain high Quality service and also to engrave the lesson learnt and focus on areas of improvement.
