Description Students who have taken our previous courses know that we like to take an in-depth look at all the technologies we are working on. To meet this need, we develop courses in large series. This series of courses will not only help students understand the technology itself but also help them become more confident. Implement it in your company, prepare for the interview and update your skills. This SQL series consists of 3 courses with more than 30 hours of intensive training. These courses are as follows: Course 11: SQL Server 2019 on Windows Server 2019 & Failover Cluster. Course 12: SQL Server 2019 on Linux & Azure. Course 13: SQL Server 2019 Administration. Course Overview: Before we look at the course overview, we would like to add a very important note: The network and infrastructure used in this course was created in our Course 1: Windows Server 2019 Network Setup – Microsoft Series where we created a virtual environment for all the courses we have developed so far. Why did we do it? Simply because we don’t want to waste time creating a source virtual machine, network adapters, routers and other infrastructure again and again. We want to provide you REAL-TIME industry experience by integrating various technologies into a LARGE NETWORK and enable students to apply computer and technology skills while learning and problem solving. Now let’s discuss the course description in detail. This is a SQL fundamentals course for beginners which consists of theories and LABS. This course is divided into 4 parts: Section 1: Prepare your network for SQL SERVER 2019 installation on Windows Server 2019 From Section 1 to Section 4, you will learn: – What’s new in SQL Server 2019 – Understand the prerequisites for installing SQL Server 2019 on an existing network that we created together in Course 1: Windows Server 2019 Network Setup – Microsoft Series – Install the 1st instance of a SQL Server 2019, SQL Server Management Studio 18 – Perform remote access and create snapshots Segment 2: Cover the basics for advanced topics From Section 5 to Section 9, this section will teach you the basics of the database. Module 3: “Normalization” introduces the concept of normalization and describes normalization and denormalization techniques. Module 4: “Relationships” describes the different types of relationships and their impact on database design. Module 5: “Performance” describes the impact of database design on performance. Module 6: “Database Objects” introduces a commonly used database object. ** Expect some theory which can be a bit boring Segment 3: Let’s do some hands-on exercises with lots and lots of LABS Part 10 is very interesting as we have prepared a LABS (project) for you so that you can practice all the concepts we learned in section 2 together. Segment 4: SQL Server 2019 Failover Clustering Starting with section 11, we will do the following LABS A- Create Domain Service Accounts B – Install the first SQL Server 2019 Failover Cluster Instance C – Second Failure while installing SQL Server 2019 Cluster Instance D- Test the reliability of SQL Server 2019 Failover Cluster.
